Epp Siepman Engineering was the mechanical engineering consultant for the renovation of the historic Nurses’ Residence Building into staff offices and instructional areas, as well as renovation of the dining area and other heritage areas of the building. The project included a new glass & steel addition for the commercial teaching kitchen, with a total of 8 canopy hoods moving over 30,000 cfm of air.
