A 30,000 sf three-storey business centre designed for the mixed use retail and office operations. The upper two office floors are anchored by the Crystal Properties Ltd. and Crystal Developers Ltd. and are comprised of both enclosed and open office space, meeting rooms and administrative space.
The project was designed and constructed as separate shell and tenant fit-up components, allowing for flexibility and modularity of leasable space and adaptability for future requirements. Each separate tenant space is designed to be independently supported through its own mechanical, electrical and communications systems.
