This project was an interior renovation to 24,290 s.f. of the Elizabeth Dafoe Library to create a new student-centered interactive learning environment for the new Learning Commons on the main floor of the facility. The aging mechanical central mechanical systems of the building were replaced as part of this renovation with new, providing the opportunity to improve indoor air quality and the energy efficiency of the systems.
