A new 14-storey residential building adjacent to the University of Winnipeg main campus, consisting of 102 residential units, parking, support areas, and interior and exterior public amenity spaces, with a 2-storey base podium. The project was developed with an integrated project delivery with aggressive targets for construction schedule, energy efficiency and sustainable design.
