This 8,000 sf building designed to meet LEED Silver and City of Winnipeg barrier free design standards provides new library space to replace the original 1961 Windsor Park Library. The open design features floor-to-ceiling glazing, an underfloor HVAC distribution system with heat recovery, integrated lighting controls, daylight harvesting and automated blind controls to provide a seamless interface with the forested exterior environment.
