Epp Siepman Engineering were the mechanical and electrical engineers for the clubhouse at Falcon Lake Golf Course. A new 5,125 sf wood frame building was constructed to house a Pro Shop and 100 seat restaurant with bar and full commercial kitchen. This building has expansive glazing and exposed structure, requiring careful coordination of mechanical and electrical distribution throughout. The building’s electrical system includes accent lighting to highlight the exposed glue laminated timber framing extending from within the building to the exterior.
