Renovation of the entire 32,000 sq. ft. former Pharmacy building to convert the four floors into science labs, classrooms, lecture rooms, offices and student areas serving the Biological Sciences program. Within the shell of the building, all major mechanical systems were replaced, including sprinkler, plumbing, hydronic piping. Replacement systems included the central steam-hydronic heating and all related equipment as well as the central air handling system.
